When you have tried something sweet, it is time to try another Swiss typical food – cheese. Gruyere region is famous for Gruyere cheese. It is a cheese with strong traditions and you can see it all while visiting and meet a friendly cow Cerise (Cherry) with high knowledge of cheese production. You can experience cheese different ways – use your hearing, smell, touch, sight, taste to find some differences in three stages of cheese maturity: 6, 8 and 10 month.
