Itinerary

Stop At: Aeschbach Chocolatier, Chocodromo 1 Hochschwerzlen, Root 6037 Switzerland
You will meet your tourguide in the lobby of your hotel. Together you will make your way to the train station in Zurich. By train you will travel within 35 minutes to the industrial area of Root. Just footsteps from the trainstation, the chocolate factory “Aeschbach” will await you. Together with your tourguide you will enter the exhibition, where you will make the experience about the fine art of chocolate production. Different information points will give you an overview and on various places you can see the live production in the company. During all the exhibition you’ll keep your eyes open for hidden chocaolate, that you can taste. At the end of the exhibition, your tourguide will take you to the place, where you can create your own chocolate bar. You will decorate your chocolate with different ingredients. Once, the chocolate cooled down, the tour at the chocolate factory ends and your tourguide will lead you back to Zurich. The tour ends at the train station in Zurich or back in your hotel.
Optional you can travel to Lucerne (15 minutes) and spend your remaining time in the city of Lucerne. In this case, your return travel will be at your own. The tickets from the tour will cover the train to Lucerne and back to Zurich, you have no more expenses.
